What is Thermalease?
A wearable heated shoulder shawl with an LED controller. It covers the neck, both shoulders, and the upper back.
Is it cordless?
It uses a power cable and controller. You can move around the house, but it is not a battery-only device.
How hot does it get?
Heat is adjustable from the controller. Start on the lowest setting. Stop if your skin feels too warm. Do not sleep in it.
Who is it for?
People who sit at a desk, drive, or train and want hands-free warmth on the shoulders. It is a comfort product, not a medical device.
How long until it arrives?
Most US orders arrive in 7–15 business days after the tracking email.
What if it does not fit or I change my mind?
Email us within 30 days. Unused wraps can be returned. Defective wraps are replaced.
