Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 7–15 business days inside the United States, because Thermalease ships from our fulfillment partner. You will get a tracking email when the label is created.

Returns
Unused wraps in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email imacwarr@icloud.com with your order number. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do not return a used heating wrap for hygiene reasons unless it is defective. Defective units are replaced.
